Alhaji Rafiu Adisa Ebiti, FCA
Chairman, IMC, BOT
He is a Nigerian seasoned Accountant, Industrialist and Philanthropist of note. He is a man of many circles in Nigeria and Globally. He is amongst other things: The Current First Deputy President of MUSWEN (The Muslim Ummah of South West Nigeria) – the gathering /umbrella organization of All Muslims in South Western Nigeria as recognized by the Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA).
Current Pro-Chancellor/Chairman Governing Council, Summit University Offa, Kwara State. The university is owned by Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria (ADS)
He is an outstanding member of the Lagos Central Mosque Executive Council as well as the Baba Adinni (Abu Deen) of Moshalashi OBA (Oba’s Mosque) in Isale-Eko, Lagos.
Ebiti is a household name in Nigeria when it comes to Management and Humanitarian services to the poor and the downtrodden. Described by many as a silent spender, his passion for lifting up the downtrodden has earned him a wide acclaim

He is currently the President & Chairman Governing Council, Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD); Executive Board Chairman, Signature Bank.Borodo is a seasoned Nigerian Administrator, Banker, and a Lawyer, who served as the pioneer company Secretary to First Bank of Nigeria Holdings (FBN Holdings) Plc and oversaw the process of admitting FBN Holdings to the Premium Board of the Nigerian Stock Exchange

Alhaji Murtala Ariyo Olushekun, FCA, FCIoD, FCS
Member, IMC, Board of Trustees
Ariyo is a Nigerian with over thirty-six years’ experience of active participation in various aspects of Investment Banking, eleven out of which were spent at CentrePoint Merchant Bank Plc., before leaving in 1998 to establish and manage Capital Assets Limited, a leading Investment Banking outfit in Nigeria
He is a Past President and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has served on the National Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (Now Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) as well as on the Board of its subsidiary, NSE Consult Ltd.
He has also served on the Board of Central Securities Clearing Systems Plc. He is currently serving on the Boards of Cutix PLC, NASD Plc (Nigeria’s Over-The Counter Trading Platform), FirstTrust Mortgage Bank Plc, Unity Registrars Ltd, CoLink Investment Management Ltd and Applied Logic Ltd.
He was a member of the Business Support Group of the Nigerian Vision 20:20:20 as well as the Federal Government Capital Market Resuscitation Committee.

Imam Ridwan Jamiu Kayode, (PhD)

Holds a PhD in Common and Shariah Law. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria Member, Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitration (CIAb)
He’s a marriage counsellor, an Islamic Finance Consultant and a prolific writer. He is a Hafiz, and the current Chief Imam of Lekki Muslim Ummah (LEMU) Central Mosque, Lagos. He is a Nigerian by birth

First, First Class Student (Political Science), University of Lagos; MSc (Political Science), University of Lagos Policy & strategy Expert, UK Chartered Institute of Housing, UK, with membership grade (FCIH) – the first Nigerian with such feat, 2005.
Currently, Chief Imam, Lighthouse Muslim Community in Lekki, Lagos.

B.Sc. (Accounting), OAU. Ile-Ife. Appointed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank Plc – 2009.
Oversaw the local and offshore subsidiaries, corporate treasury, financial control and strategy of Intercontinental Bank Alumnus, Manchester Business School, United Kingdom, Alumnus, Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts, USA.
